At Artistica Fine Art, we want your new masterpiece to fit perfectly in your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our curator support team via email with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the piece in its original gallery-grade packaging, ensuring all protective corners and padding are secure to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the artwork for its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
