Paul Rupert is a Canadian Artist, born in Ottawa but has lived most of his life in Montreal. He has been a student of fine arts and during his school days studied at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts under the late Dr. A. Lismer and has also studied at the Montreal's' Sir George Williams University.
